Cancellation Policy

ARRIVING LATE

The lesson will start at the agreed time. It is up to the student to be on time for the lesson. No make up time will be guaranteed at the end of the lesson to make up for the students delay.

We always aim to provide the best customer service, however if a situation arises in which the coach is running late, you can end the lesson at the scheduled time in which case we would pro-rate the lesson to the minutes the student was able to play.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

No shows or failure to notify the coach within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson:

– You will be charged the full amount if you do not show up to a lesson or inform us you will not be there at least 24 hours in advance.

– If you bought a package of private lessons and you decide to take a break, the unused lessons can be banked for a period of 6 months. Unused lessons after that time will be considered forfeited.
